On March 10, 2026, a control meeting was held with the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Bahodur Ahmadjon Sheralizoda. During the meeting, the activities of the Committee for February of the current year, as well as other current issues, were reviewed.
In particular, according to the agenda, the Head of the Department of Monitoring, Environmental Policy, Hydrometeorology and Cadastre, Ibodullo Mahmadullo, presented a detailed report highlighting the activities of the main departments, divisions and units, as well as centers and institutions of the sectoral system during the reporting period.
During the discussion, the Chairman of the Committee, Sheralizoda B.A., asked several questions to the responsible officials and also gave specific instructions aimed at improving the quality of implementation of assigned tasks.
At the meeting, instructions were also given to responsible officials regarding the comprehensive and timely summarizing of the implementation of assignments, the involvement of eco-volunteers in sectoral issues, preparations for upcoming holidays and events, and the assessment of the Committee’s activities and its subordinate structures for the first quarter of the current year, as well as other sector-related matters.
In conclusion, taking into account the reports, proposals and instructions provided, a protocol decision of the Committee’s control meeting was adopted, which will be sent to the responsible officials for appropriate action.
