According to the work plan of environmental protection authorities, during round-the-clock control operations conducted by specialists of the Main Department of Environmental Protection in the Sughd Region, four residents of the Bobojon Ghafurov District were discovered in the Mughul Mountain area illegally extracting commonly occurring minerals.
As a result, administrative offense reports were drawn up against the violators for breaching Articles 2 and 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Subsoil,” in accordance with Article 238 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.
