On October 30, 2025, as part of the implementation of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan’s Resolution “On the State Program for the Training, Selection, and Placement of Managerial Personnel from Among Talented Women and Girls for 2023–2030”, the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan held the national contest “Best Female Civil Servant.”
The main purpose of the contest is to enhance professional competence, develop and strengthen women’s leadership potential, and to create equal opportunities for women to hold responsible positions in the civil service.
