On the specified day, scientists from the Sogd Experimental Station of Soil Science and Land Reclamation of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Tajikistan, together with the chief engineer and head of the land reclamation department of the Land Improvement and Irrigation Authority of the city of Isfara, Saidumed Akbarov, conducted field studies on the mineralization of irrigation waters, collector-drainage waters, as well as observation and vertical wells.
It should be noted that, for the first time, the scientists used a mobile field laboratory acquired with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The analysis of samples of irrigation waters, observation wells, collector-drainage waters, and vertical wells was carried out using modern equipment directly under field conditions.
