Amendments to the Tariff for Services of the Unified Electronic Public Procurement Portal

For official use of the Tariff for Services of the Unified Electronic Public Procurement Portal for the provision of bidding documents and the conduct of public procurement, agreed with the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on November 11, 2024, pursuant to subparagraph 6 of paragraph 9 of the Regulation on the Agency for State Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan,

effective from November 20, 2024, the structural divisions of the central office and regional departments of the Agency for State Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan shall, when providing potential bidders with bidding documents for the procurement of goods, works and services, accept the submitted payment receipts in accordance with the Tariff for Services of the Unified Electronic Public Procurement Portal for the provision of bidding documents and the conduct of public procurement (attached).
