Introduction of a Tariff for Services of the Unified Electronic Public Procurement Portal

For the purpose of applying the Tariff for Services of the Unified Electronic Public Procurement Portal for obtaining bidding documents and conducting public procurement, agreed with the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on November 11, 2024, and pursuant to subparagraph 6 of paragraph 9 of the Regulation on the Agency for State Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, starting from November 20, 2024, the structural divisions of the central office and territorial departments of the Agency for State Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan shall, when providing potential bidders with bidding documents for the public procurement of goods, works and services, accept the submitted payment receipts in accordance with the Tariff of the Unified Electronic Public Procurement Portal for obtaining bidding documents and conducting public procurement (attached).
