announces an OPEN COMPETITION for filling vacant administrative positions in the civil service:

List of Vacant Positions:

1. Department of Analysis, Control and Information Support of Public Procurement:
Chief Specialist – 1 position (higher economic education relevant to the position and enabling the effective performance of the duties of this administrative civil service position; 2 years of civil service experience or 3 years of general work experience).
Official salary – TJS 2,204.

2. Department for the Implementation of Public Procurement in the Fields of Construction, Urban Improvement and Infrastructure:
Chief Specialist – 1 position (higher education in public procurement management, economics, law, or engineering and economics; 2 years of civil service experience or 3 years of general work experience).
Official salary – TJS 2,204.

3. Department for the Implementation of Public Procurement in the Field of Government Authority and Administration:
Chief Specialist – 1 position (higher education in public procurement management, economics, law, or information technology; 2 years of civil service experience or 3 years of general work experience).
Official salary – TJS 2,204.

4. Department of Legal Affairs, Improvement and Monitoring of Public Procurement:
Chief Specialist – 1 position (higher professional education in law or economics; 2 years of civil service experience or 3 years of general work experience).
Official salary – TJS 2,204.

Good leadership and organizational skills, the ability to communicate with the public, including establishing cooperation in pursuit of public interests, proficiency in using computers and office communication equipment, knowledge of the state language and one foreign language are mandatory for all applicants.

Preference will be given to persons who have completed military service, have knowledge of foreign languages, and hold academic degrees in relevant fields.

Applicants must submit the following documents to the Competition Commission:

• application addressed to the head of the government agency (in the prescribed form);
• personal personnel record form (with two 4×6 cm photographs);
• autobiography;
• copy of passport;
• copy of the document confirming education;
• copy of the document confirming work experience (employment record book);
• copy of military ID (for persons liable for military service);
• medical certificate on health status (Form No. 038);
• copy of the certificate issued by the tax authority (Taxpayer Identification Number);
• certificate of residence;
• copy of the state social insurance certificate (SIN);
• certificate confirming the absence of a criminal record (issued by the Main Information and Analytical Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan).
