On October 1, 2025, under the chairmanship of the Speaker of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan, Fayzali Idizoda, the first meeting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation was held.
Following the election of the Secretariat of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation, the Counting Commission of Deputies, the Electronic Voting System Control Group, and the establishment of the procedure for media coverage of the proceedings of the second session, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan, the first meeting of the second session was conducted. During the meeting, the following issues were considered:
- The Agreement on the procedure for the formation and execution of the budget of the “Central Asia – China” Secretariat format;
- The Credit Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Saudi Development Fund for the project “Construction of the Ring Road of Kulyab City”;
- The Agreement on Amendments and Additions No. 1 to the Credit Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the project “Water Supply and Sewerage of Kulyab City”;
- The Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents dated March 17, 1992;
- The Credit Agreement between the Qatar Development Fund in the State of Qatar and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan for the construction of the main dam of the Rogun Hydropower Plant for 2025;
- The Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and “KM Muosir” LLC on the construction and commissioning of an industrial enterprise in Dangarin District, Khatlon Region;
- The Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and “Filizzot” LLC for the creation of an industrial complex;
