Today, September 5, 2026, a peaceful march of residents and community activists was held in the center of Shamsiddin Shohin District on the initiative of the district's Executive Body of State Power to mark the great national holiday — the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The march was attended by the Chairman of Shamsiddin Shohin District, Gulzoda Zafar Shamsuddin, heads of the district's law enforcement agencies, heads of organizations and institutions, teachers and students of educational institutions, as well as residents and community activists of the district.
The participants marched along the designated route carrying the State Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan and slogans and banners celebrating State Independence, peace, national unity and the achievements of the independence period. The active participation of young people, teenagers and students of educational institutions added a special character to the march, reflecting their love for the Motherland and respect for the values of statehood.
The peaceful march was held as part of the preparations for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and demonstrated the strong patriotic spirit of the residents, as well as their support for peace, stability and national unity.
