On July 21, 2026, in the conference hall of the Education Department of the Executive Body of State Authority of Shamsiddin Shohin District, and in accordance with the action plan of the Khatlon Regional Department of Education, a final meeting was held to review the Education Department's performance during the 2025–2026 academic year and to set priorities for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The meeting was attended by Ziyodullo Abdulzoda, Head of the Khatlon Regional Department of Education; Bahodur Davlatzoda, Head of the District Education Department; Faridun Rahmoniyon, representative of the district Executive Body of State Authority; directors of educational institutions, deputy directors for academic affairs, heads of state educational and methodological institutions, librarians, specialists, and staff members of the Education Department.
The Head of the Education Department of the Executive Body of State Authority of Shamsiddin Shohin District delivered a report on the Department's performance during the 2025–2026 academic year. He highlighted the sector's achievements, the implementation of the state education policy, the execution of national educational programs, and the measures undertaken to improve the quality of education, develop educational infrastructure, and enhance teaching and learning conditions. It was emphasized that, under the wise leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, the development of the education sector remains one of the state's top social policy priorities. Consistent efforts are being made to improve educational standards, strengthen the material and technical base of educational institutions, train highly qualified specialists, and create favorable conditions for teaching and learning.
During the meeting, the performance of the district's education sector for the 2025–2026 academic year was thoroughly reviewed and analyzed. Discussions focused on the implementation of state programs, improving the quality of education, providing educational institutions with qualified teaching personnel, developing educational infrastructure, and ensuring the efficient use of available resources.
During the discussion session, O. Saidaliyev, a teacher at Secondary School No. 7, D. Boboev, a veteran of the education sector, and A. Fayzov, Director of Secondary School No. 10, delivered speeches and presented practical proposals on key issues facing the education sector and ways to further improve its performance.
In his address, Ziyodullo Abdulzoda, Head of the Khatlon Regional Department of Education, issued specific instructions to ensure the effective implementation of the directives of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, improve the quality of education, strengthen the responsibility of educational institution leaders and education personnel, and achieve the planned performance indicators. The main priorities and objectives for the 2026–2027 academic year were also defined.
