On February 23, 2026, a ceremonial event dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Қувваҳои Мусаллаҳи Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон was organized and held in Ноҳияи Лахш. The event was attended by the Chairman of Lakhsh District, Mr. Kholзода Karomiddin Kamoliddin, his deputies, heads of law enforcement agencies, officers and soldiers, as well as leaders of local organizations and institutions.
In his speech, the Chairman emphasized that the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, as a vital pillar of statehood, play a key role in safeguarding the achievements of state independence, ensuring national security, and maintaining the country’s political stability.
Additionally, a number of law enforcement officers, veterans, officers, and soldiers were honored with commemorative medals and Certificates of Appreciation from the Executive Authority of State Power of Lakhsh District.
The event concluded in a festive atmosphere marked by strong patriotism and pride in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan. The final part of the celebration was enriched by performances from artists of the district’s Department of Culture.
