• Copy of diploma or educational certificate;
• Copy of employment record book (except for applicants with no work experience);
• Medical certificate (Form No. 038);
• Copy of the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate;
• Declaration of income and property;
• Copy of passport;
• Copy of military service card (for applicants who have completed military service);
• Certificate issued by the Internal Affairs authorities regarding the presence or absence of a criminal record.

Qualification Requirements for the Position of Chief Specialist

• Higher professional education relevant to the position;
• At least 3 years of general work experience or 2 years of civil service experience (for local executive authorities);
• At least 2 years of general work experience or 1 year of civil service experience (for local self-government bodies);
• Knowledge of the country's history, culture, national values, the state language, and foreign languages;
• High ethical standards and respect for human rights, citizens, and colleagues;
• Strong communication and cooperation skills;
• Proficiency in computer and information technologies.

Qualification Requirements for the Position of Leading Specialist

• Higher professional education relevant to the position;
• Knowledge of history, culture, national values, the state language, and foreign languages;

Notes

1. Applicants for sixth- and seventh-category administrative positions (Leading Specialist and Specialist) in local executive authorities and local self-government bodies are not required to have previous work experience or civil service experience.
2. Applicants who have completed the second year of higher education are recognized as having incomplete higher education.
3. Applicants may submit additional documents confirming their professional qualifications, including copies of academic degrees and titles, certificates of professional development, lists of scientific publications, references, and recommendation letters.
4. Civil servants are entitled to a monthly seniority allowance in accordance with the legislation.
