On November 5, 2025, an expanded meeting was held at the central office of the Forestry Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The founder of peace and national unity, the leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, emphasizes that “the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan is the fundamental law of the state, the central element of the country's legal system, the basis for the creation and further improvement of legislation, as well as a document of social consensus that determines the prospects for the development of society and the state.”
The country's Constitution has historical, legal, and political significance for the construction of Tajikistan's new statehood and proclaims our country to be a sovereign, democratic, legal, secular, and unified social state, creating a reliable legal basis for strengthening the foundations of statehood, maintaining peace and unity, political stability, the implementation of the state's strategic goals, the development of the country's legal system, the strengthening of international relations, the formation of civil society, the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, and the creation of a favorable atmosphere for the free development of every individual.
