On the initiative of the Enforcement Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the first stage of the first round of the Republican Competition “Best Enforcement Officer of the Year – 2026” was held in the city of Bokhtar, with the participation of employees of enforcement bodies from cities and districts of Khatlon Region.
The purpose of the competition is to improve the level and quality of professional activities, enhance the professional skills of enforcement officers, expand their legal and sector-specific knowledge, as well as identify and encourage employees who demonstrate successful and effective performance of their official duties.
The first round of the competition consists of two stages. During the first stage, the regional competition commission evaluates the level of professional knowledge of enforcement officers through testing developed on the basis of the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of enforcement proceedings.
During the second stage of the competition, along with assessing the theoretical knowledge of the winners of the first stage, such indicators as the percentage of execution of enforcement documents (with particular attention to enforcement proceedings related to alimony recovery), the percentage of recovered funds (including funds collected in favor of the state), the amount of collected enforcement fees, the level of compliance with labor and service discipline, as well as other performance indicators, will be evaluated.
The winners of the competition will be awarded by the Enforcement Service in accordance with the established procedure and will receive a trophy cup, letters of appreciation, certificates of honor, monetary and valuable prizes, as well as other commemorative gifts.
