A solemn event dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the Department of Enforcement in Khatlon Region.
The event was attended by the management and responsible officials of the Department of Enforcement in Khatlon Region, as well as employees of its structural subdivisions in the cities and districts of the region.
The Head of the Enforcement Service, State Councillor of Justice of the 3rd Class Akhtam Abdullozoda, attended the event. He sincerely congratulated those present on the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and described state independence as a sacred value and a unique achievement of the Tajik people on the path of state-building and strengthening statehood.
In his speech, it was emphasized that State Independence has created a solid foundation for the revival of national statehood, strengthening the foundations of statehood, protecting national values, and ensuring the comprehensive development of the country. Thanks to State Independence and the wise policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, the Republic of Tajikistan, as an independent state, has strengthened its position on the international arena, and favorable conditions have been created for ensuring peace and stability, national unity, and the progress of society.
The contribution and role of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation in achieving State Independence, strengthening the foundations of statehood, and building an independent state of Tajikistan are of great importance. Thanks to the continuous efforts and work of the Leader of the Nation, peace and stability, national unity, and sustainable development have been ensured in the country, and Tajikistan, as an independent state, has gained a достойное place on the international arena.
It was also emphasized that preserving and strengthening the achievements of State Independence, complying with legislation, timely fulfilling official duties, and contributing to the development of the state and society are among the most important responsibilities of every civil servant.
Subsequently, responsible officials of the Department of Enforcement in Khatlon Region and its structural subdivisions in the cities and districts of the region delivered reports on the achievements made during the years of independence and the role of State Independence in the development of the sector.
In their speeches, the participants noted that State Independence is a great blessing for the Tajik people and the foundation for the progress and prosperity of the Motherland. The preservation of peace and stability, strengthening of national unity, and sustainable development of the country are considered among the most important achievements of the period of independence.
During the continuation of the event, important issues related to enforcement proceedings, existing challenges, and ways to address them were discussed. Specific proposals were put forward to improve the efficiency of official activities, strengthen oversight of the enforcement of judicial acts and other acts of state bodies, and improve the quality of the performance of official duties.
At the same time, other important sector-related issues aimed at improving the activities of enforcement bodies and increasing the responsibility of employees were discussed within the framework of the event.
At the conclusion of the event, active employees of the Enforcement Service in Khatlon Region were awarded departmental awards, letters of appreciation, and certificates of honor for their effective work, high-quality performance of official duties, and valuable contribution to the development of the sector.
