On March 18, 2026, with the participation of the Chairman of Khatlon Region, Mr. Davlatali Said, the Director of the Agency for export, Bahriddin Sirojiddinzoda, and the leadership of the executive authorities of Yovon District, several facilities were commissioned in Yovon District in celebration of the International Navruz holiday. These included: a renovated and reconstructed health center in the Dahona rural jamoat, a construction concrete production workshop in the Gulsara Yusufova rural area, another similar facility in Yovon township, the افتتاحion of the State Emblem square, a sewing workshop and a health center in the Hasan Huseynov rural jamoat, as well as a renovated health center in the Obshoron rural jamoat.
During the visit, the delegation also inspected the construction of an additional building for Secondary School No. 3 in the district and the project for a sports ground in the village of Dusti. They reviewed the progress, quality of construction work, supply of materials, and compliance with building standards, and held productive discussions with officials and construction workers.
While visiting the sites and meeting with residents, their initiative and contribution to development and improvement efforts were highly appreciated. It was emphasized that such initiatives play an important role in strengthening national values, developing social infrastructure, and improving living conditions.
It should be noted that commissioning such important social and cultural facilities in Yovon District on the eve of Navruz-2026 contributes to the comprehensive development of the district and enhances the patriotic spirit of the population.
