On November 11 2025 with the participation of First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of Khatlon Region, representatives of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the diplomatic corps and development partners was held the International Investment Forum «Khatlon Invest-2025» in the city of Bokhtar
On the sidelines of this Forum, separate panels were held on the topics «Investment for sustainable development of regions: The opportunity for digitalization, partnership with the private sector and the transformation of Khatlon region into a center of the modern economy» and «From land to market - development of the value chain in agriculture, export and processing of local products in Khatlon region».
Also, the leadership of the Agency for export under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan had a presentation regarding the topic of Export opportunities of the Republic of Tajikistan, including Khatlon region in the panel “From land to market: development of the value chain in agriculture, export and processing of local products in Khatlon region”
