On April 15, 2026, in the main hall of the Executive Body of State Authority of Shamsiddin Shohin District, a meeting of district officials was held under the chairmanship of the Head of the district, Gulzoda Zafar Shamsuddin, with the participation of the representative of the Executive Body of State Authority of Khatlon Region — Deputy Chairman of the region, Abdusalomzoda Anzurat. The meeting was dedicated to summarizing the results of the district’s socio-economic development for the first three months of 2026.
The meeting was attended by the first deputy and deputy chairpersons of the district, the head of the chairman’s office, heads of departments and sectors of the executive apparatus, leaders of structural divisions of the district executive authority, heads of district organizations and institutions, representatives of law enforcement bodies, chairpersons of rural jamoats, directors of educational institutions, clubs and cultural centers, health centers and medical points, heads of collective farms, mahalla leaders, and imams of central mosques.
At the beginning of the meeting, the First Deputy Chairman of the district, Abdullozoda Jalolkhon, presented a report on the indicators of socio-economic development for the first quarter of 2026. In particular, he noted that during the first three months of 2026, the Executive Body of State Authority of Shamsiddin Shohin District directed its activities toward implementing the key provisions of the Address of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, to the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan, focusing on addressing economic, social, and cultural issues, as well as intensifying improvement and development efforts to further enhance the standard of living of the population.
During the meeting, deputy chairpersons of the district also delivered speeches, along with the head of the district office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, Azimzoda S.; the head of the tax inspection, Safaraliev Kh.; the head of the statistics sector, Jamoliddin F.; the head of the agriculture department, Eltanazarov J.; the head of the education department, Davlatzoda B.; the chief physician of the central district hospital, Alikhonzoda H.; the head of the primary healthcare network, Dustov A.; the head of the district power networks, Rajabov I.; as well as chairpersons of rural jamoats, all of whom reported on the results of their activities for the reporting period.
The Head of the district also analyzed the performance of the district’s economic sectors and emphasized that, in order to implement the instructions and directives of the Head of State and thereby improve the welfare of the population, leaders of all local executive structures, organizations, enterprises, institutions, and elected representatives must effectively utilize available opportunities and take necessary measures to ensure successful completion of the year.
The representative of the Executive Body of State Authority of Khatlon Region, Deputy Chairman Abdusalomzoda Anzurat, in his speech stressed that in order to implement the programs of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and достойно celebrate the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, efforts must be intensified, and responsible officials and residents should, with a high sense of patriotism, make full use of all opportunities to expand improvement and development activities.
