Today, March 22, 2026, as part of the International Navruz celebrations, a new building consisting of additional classrooms was officially inaugurated at General Secondary Education Institution No. 2 in the Kuhdoman neighborhood of the Tehray rural community. The ceremony was attended by the representative of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Shamsiddin Shohin district, Shuhrat Sharifzoda — General Director of OJSC "Tajik Aluminum Company" (TALCO), the Chairman of Shamsiddin Shohin district, Zafar Shamsuddin Gulzoda, and other distinguished guests.
The facility was constructed with the support of the World Bank under the "Socio-Economic Resilience Strengthening Project." The two-story building features four fully equipped modern classrooms.
Built with high quality and modern design, these additional classrooms aim to provide favorable learning conditions for students from the villages of Kuhdoman and Khayrkoron in the Tehray rural community.
The construction of this educational facility at School No. 2 was dedicated to the upcoming 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
