On December 2, 2025, in the hall of the Executive Body of State Authority of Shamsiddin Shohin District, with the participation of the District Chairman, Gulzoda Zafar Shamsuddin, the heads of law enforcement agencies, and the heads of district organizations and institutions, a meeting of the District Coordination Council of Law Enforcement Agencies was held under the leadership of the District Prosecutor, First-Class Justice Advisor Holiqzoda Abdulfaiz Ghaffor.
In accordance with the work plan of the District Coordination Council of Law Enforcement Agencies for the second half of 2025, the implementation status of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities” within the activities of the Department of Documentation, Supervision, and Citizens’ Appeals of the Office of the District Chairman for the year 2024 and the first nine months of 2025 was analyzed and reviewed, and relevant measures were taken based on the results.
A report on this matter was delivered by Qurbunov Somon, Head of the Department of Documentation, Supervision, and Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities of the Office of the District Chairman.
During the meeting, after the speeches of the presenters, the issue was thoroughly discussed, and responsible persons were instructed to take the necessary measures to ensure the proper implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities.”
At the conclusion of the Council meeting, the Chairman of the District Coordination Council of Law Enforcement Agencies gave specific instructions and assignments to the relevant authorities to eliminate the existing shortcomings and submit proposals for improvement.
