The Tajik side, expressing deep concern, strongly condemns these heinous acts by criminal groups and calls on the current authorities of Afghanistan to take effective and timely measures to ensure stability and security along the state border of the two countries, as well as to apprehend individuals involved in these monstrous crimes.
