On April 20 of the current year, a briefing was held at the “Hilton” Hotel with the participation of representatives of ministries and agencies, the diplomatic corps, and development partners. The event focused on issues related to organizational and preparatory arrangements for the 35th Session of the FAO Conference of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization for the countries of Europe and Central Asia.
The purpose of the briefing was to ensure timely and effective preparation for the upcoming conference. During the meeting, proposals and considerations were presented by responsible officials regarding the high-level organization and implementation of necessary measures to ensure its successful conduct.
It was noted that from May 11 to May 15, the 35th FAO Conference of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization will be held in Dushanbe for the first time. It is expected that representatives from 54 member states of the Organization will participate in the event.
