Meeting of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan with the President of Anhui Agricultural University of the People’s Republic of China

On 14 November of the current year, a meeting was held between the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan, Akhmadzoda Bahromjon, and the President of Anhui Agricultural University of the People’s Republic of China, Cao Haiqun.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of strengthening cooperation in the development of agriculture, particularly in the fields of agricultural science and the implementation of scientific achievements.

It was also noted that it is expedient to send young specialists from the central office and subordinate organizations of the Ministry, researchers, as well as students of the Tajik Agrarian University named after Sh. Shotemur and the Tajik Academy of Agricultural Sciences to Anhui Agricultural University of the PRC for training, internships, and professional development.

The parties also considered it appropriate to establish a demonstration zone for scientific research at both the Tajik Agrarian University named after Sh. Shotemur and Anhui Agricultural University of the PRC, as well as to create a center for the management and use of agricultural drones at the Tajik Agrarian University named after Sh. Shotemur.
