A working meeting of the Chairman of the Committee was held in the conference hall of the Committee, attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee, K.R. Muminzoda, the Head of the Department of Planning and Evaluation of Local Self-Government Development Programs, F.A. Abdurahimzoda, the Head of the Legal Support and Supervision Department, K.R. Rustamzoda, the Head of the General and Special Works Department, N.G. Khayev, and other staff members.
The Chairman of the Committee discussed issues related to the implementation of instructions and directives from the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, outlined in his Message to the Majlisi Oli, the minutes of Government meetings, directives from the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as issues related to the execution and circulation of control documents and the weekly work plan.
On the discussed issues, the Committee's structural units were tasked with presenting results over the course of the week on the following matters: preparation for the republican flower festival "Sayri Guli Lola," the state of construction of facilities dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the construction of new villages and the creation of social conditions in them, including the construction of educational institutions, cultural facilities, and other necessary objects, and to provide written reports on the work completed on these issues.
Additionally, data on the status of socio-economic development programs for regions, cities, and districts, which were transferred from the Executive Office of the President of Tajikistan to the Committee, were reviewed. This included the "Industrial Development Program for 2021-2025," the implementation of signed agreements, instructions from the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, decisions from Advisory Council meetings, the annual, semi-annual, and weekly work plans of the Committee, and the minutes of consultations with the Chairman of the Committee.
The Chairman also emphasized that, in addition to completing the mentioned tasks, preparations for the celebration of Navruz should be made, and the organization of Navruz events in the city of Bokhtar should be considered in cooperation with local authorities.
