It is with profound respect and sincere feelings that I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on the occasion of the sacred national holiday — the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
For the Tajik nation, with its rich history and civilization, State Independence represents a great historical event and the most valuable achievement of the modern period of national statehood. It holds a special place as a symbol of sovereignty, national self-awareness and state identity, as well as an important factor in strengthening the foundations of Tajik statehood.
Over the 35 years of independence, under the wise and far-sighted leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, our country has proudly passed through important stages of strengthening statehood, ensuring peace, stability and national unity, promoting socio-economic development and carrying out constructive development, achieving significant progress on the path toward building an independent state and a progressive society.
Thanks to lasting peace and stability and the constructive policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, extensive development and improvement projects are currently being implemented throughout the country. The development of the national economy, strengthening of infrastructure, improvement of social conditions for the population, and implementation of the country's strategic goals are contributing to sustainable national progress.
As an independent state, the Republic of Tajikistan has established a worthy position and is gaining growing recognition on the international stage. Through its peaceful policy, constructive initiatives and firm position, our country makes a valuable contribution to addressing pressing global and regional challenges. The recognition of Tajikistan's initiatives concerning water resources, climate change, environmental protection, peacebuilding and artificial intelligence is clear evidence of our country's growing role and influence in the international community.
At this important stage of our history, the contribution of every citizen, particularly the leaders and employees of state bodies, organizations and institutions, to preserving and strengthening the achievements of independence, implementing state policy, strengthening the capacity of statehood and ensuring the country's sustainable development is of great importance. A strong sense of civic responsibility, devotion to the Motherland, and dedicated and effective service are essential factors in achieving the constructive goals of the state and society.
Taking this joyful and memorable occasion, I wish you, dear compatriots and esteemed colleagues, lasting good health, long and prosperous lives, renewed strength, peace of mind, happiness and well-being, and ever-greater success in your responsible public service.
