On August 5, 2026, the working group of the Committee for Local Development under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, headed by the Chairman of the Committee Mr. Kamoliddin Muminzoda and accompanied by Mr. Zufar Murtakhonzoda, Deputy Chairman of Sughd Region, arrived in Isfara City.
At the entrance to the city, the guests were warmly welcomed by Mr. Sharifjon Jumazoda, Chairman of Isfara City, and other responsible officials of the city’s Executive Body of State Authority.
The delegation’s series of visits began with a visit to the “Lojuvar” Center. During the visit, the responsible officials presented the center’s activities, existing capabilities, and working conditions, and provided detailed information about future plans and promising projects.
The working group’s visit is aimed at studying the state of local development and the progress of implementing the instructions and directives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon. The visit also focuses on the implementation of initiatives within the framework of declaring 2026 as the “Year of Expanding Improvement and Construction Activities and Strengthening National Identity and Self-Awareness” in Isfara City.
