With great respect and sincere warmth, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on the occasion of Mother’s Day — one of the most honorable celebrations dedicated to recognizing the status and dignity of women in society.
A mother is a symbol of love, kindness, devotion, and the source of life. The dedication and sacrifices of mothers in raising worthy children, strengthening families, and preserving national values are truly invaluable.
Through a mother’s guidance, care, and upbringing, future generations grow and develop, educated and thoughtful individuals emerge, and society achieves prosperity, stability, and sustainable progress. A mother is not only the foundation of the family but also a strong pillar for the development of society and the future of the state.
During the years of independence of our beloved country — the Republic of Tajikistan — thanks to the wise and caring policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, the status and role of women and mothers in society have significantly increased, and favorable conditions have been created for their active participation in all spheres of political, economic, and social life.
Today, Tajik women and mothers contribute greatly to the development of the state, the progress of local communities, the upbringing of patriotic and educated youth, and the strengthening of family foundations through their dedicated work and high sense of civic responsibility.
