Based on the instruction of the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 12, 2025, No. 26/10-465, a press conference of the National Center for Legislation was held with the participation of a representative of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and representatives of the country’s mass media.
The event was attended by 17 journalists representing 17 information organizations and media outlets, including representatives of the “Jahononamo” and “Safina” television channels, the “Tojikiston”, “Sadoi Dushanbe”, and “Khovar” radio stations, as well as the newspapers “Jumhuriyat”, “Sadoi Mardum”, “Omuzgor”, “Khalq Ovozi”, and “Maromi Poytakht”.
During the press conference, the leadership of the Center presented journalists with a brief report on the results of its activities in 2025.
Representatives of the mass media asked questions regarding the Center’s activities in the field of law-making, expert review of draft normative legal acts, interpretation of legislative acts, including the scientific-popular commentary on the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Status of a Teacher”, consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities, the procedure for conducting public consultations during the development of draft legal acts, as well as other areas of the Center’s activities. Specific answers were provided to all questions raised.
