In order to ensure the implementation of Clause 26 of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Forestry Development Program for 2022–2026, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 31, 2022, No.149, and within the framework of establishing “green zones” around the city of Dushanbe, populated areas, and along highways, employees of the State Forestry Institution of Rasht District organized a tree-planting campaign along the Dushanbe–Rasht highway.The campaign was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Ziyozoda Sulaymon Rizo, the Chairman of Rasht District, member of the National Assembly of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan, Idizoda Zarina Fuzailsho, the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Sheralizoda Bahodur, and others.As part of the event, more than 400 seedlings of evergreen, ornamental, and shade trees and shrubs were planted, including pine, amorpha, catalpa, and others.
