The Director of the Forestry Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Yusuzoda Abdujabbor Ghayratshoh, visited the greenhouses and the rosehip processing workshop in the Sughd Region of the Republic of Tajikistan.During the visit, it was noted that the greenhouses have been built on an area of 540 square meters, where more than 50,000 forest and ornamental tree seedlings are currently being cultivated. This initiative contributes to the development of the forestry sector and the provision of necessary seedlings for various regions of the country.The Director also reviewed the activities of the workshop producing natural beverages from rosehip, barberry, and dried apricot, emphasizing that the production of such natural products can contribute to the development of domestic production and the efficient use of natural resources.During the visit, the issue of establishing a small enterprise for processing medicinal plants was also discussed. Instructions were given to organize the processing of medicinal plants, including bitter almond, as well as the production of miswak.
