In order to prevent losses of wildlife and birds during the winter season, employees of the State Forestry Institution of Panjakent city carried out biotechnical activities in the Zarafshan forest areas, where Bukhara deer and Zarafshan pheasant mainly inhabit. During these activities, to protect animals and birds from severe winter conditions, a certain amount of feed was provided, including: 70 kg of corn, 400 kg of hay, 110 kg of rice, and 30 kg of sea buckthorn fruits.
