At the initiative of the Execution Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the first sub-stage of the first stage of the National Competition “The Best Court Executor of the Year – 2026” was held in Dushanbe with the participation of employees of the execution authorities of the districts of Dushanbe and cities and districts under republican subordination.
The purpose of the competition is to improve the quality of official activities, enhance the professional skills of court executors, expand their legal and specialized knowledge, as well as identify and encourage employees who have achieved high results and effectively fulfill their assigned official duties.
The first stage of the competition is conducted in two sub-stages. During the first sub-stage, the regional competition commission evaluates the level of professional training of court executors through specialized testing developed on the basis of the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of execution proceedings.
Within the framework of the second sub-stage of the competition, in addition to assessing the theoretical knowledge of the winners of the first sub-stage, the following indicators will also be evaluated: the percentage of executed enforcement documents (with particular consideration given to execution proceedings related to the recovery of alimony), the amount of recovered funds (including funds recovered in favor of the state), the amount of recovered execution fees, the level of compliance with service discipline, as well as other criteria established by the competition regulations.
The winners of the competition will be awarded by the Execution Service in accordance with the established procedure. They will receive the Winner’s Cup, letters of appreciation, certificates of honor, monetary and material awards, as well as other valuable gifts.
