On July 1, 2026, a training seminar-meeting on the topic “Electronic Document Management System: Procedures for Use and Practical Issues of Application in the Field of Enforcement Proceedings” commenced in the city of Bokhtar, Khatlon Region, for the heads and department managers of the territorial divisions of the Enforcement Service in the cities and districts of Khatlon Region, as well as other relevant employees.
This initiative is being implemented within the framework of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Program for the Development and Digitalization of the Enforcement Bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026–2030. It is aimed at strengthening the public administration system in the field of enforcement proceedings, increasing the level of professional responsibility, improving professional skills and sectoral knowledge, as well as expanding the use of digital technologies.
The training seminar-meeting will continue on July 1–2, during which the following issues will be considered:
During the seminar, participants analyze existing issues through open discussions, practical sessions and consideration of specific work-related cases, while putting forward concrete proposals aimed at eliminating challenges and improving the efficiency of activities.
Following the results of the seminar, specific methodological guidelines and practical recommendations are expected to be developed, which will contribute to improving the activities of the territorial divisions of the Enforcement Service and create favorable conditions for achieving the strategic objectives of the Program for the Development and Digitalization of the Enforcement Bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan.
