At the first stage of the competition, which consists of two sub-stages, the regional competition commission assesses the professional preparedness of judicial executors through sector-specific testing developed on the basis of the current legislation in the field of execution proceedings.
At the second stage of the competition, in addition to testing the theoretical knowledge of the winners of the first stage, the following indicators will be evaluated: the percentage of completed execution documents (with special attention to alimony enforcement cases), the percentage of recovered funds (including those in favor of the State), the amount of collected enforcement fees, the level of compliance with labor discipline, as well as other performance indicators.
Winners of the competition will be awarded by the Execution Service in accordance with established procedures, including a challenge cup, certificates of appreciation, honorary diplomas, cash prizes, valuable gifts, and other forms of encouragement.
