CONSIDERATION OF ISSUES RELATED TO THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SECTOR WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF A WORKING MEETING, AS WELL AS THE ORGANIZATION AND CONDUCT OF A TRAINING EVENT.

On May 29 of the current year, a working meeting and a training and consultative seminar were organized and held in the city of Khujand with the participation of heads and responsible staff of territorial structures of the Service, as well as senior bailiffs of enforcement bodies of cities and districts of the Sughd region, on the topic: “State Regulation of the Enforcement Proceedings Sector: Existing Problems and Ways to Solve Them.”

During the event, one of the most important issues of official activity was considered — ensuring the effective implementation of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan instruction dated November 25, 2025, No. 12, aimed at implementing necessary measures to increase the volume of debt recovery to 1 billion somoni in 2026.

In this regard, responsible officials were instructed to ensure the execution of official tasks in strict compliance with the requirements of current legislation, as well as to enhance the level of personal responsibility in the performance of their official duties.
