On February 12, 2026, the Training Center of the Association of Financial Organizations of Tajikistan held a training seminar dedicated to issues of non-performing loans and procedures for loan repayment.
Within the framework of the event, the legal and practical aspects of foreclosure on collateral property, the procedure for preparing and submitting claims to judicial authorities, as well as issues related to the enforcement of court decisions were discussed in detail.
A representative of the Enforcement Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Head of the Enforcement Service Department at the Economic Courts of the city of Dushanbe, Mr. Emomalizoda I., took part in the event and delivered a report on the topic “Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Field of Enforcement Proceedings: Problems and Ways to Address Them.” In his presentation, he highlighted existing challenges at the stage of enforcement of court decisions, issues of improving enforcement mechanisms, enhancing the effectiveness of interagency cooperation, and the need to use digital tools.
At the conclusion of the seminar, an exchange of views took place among the participants, during which concrete legal responses were provided to the questions raised.
