HELD MEETING OF THE UNDER THE HEAD OF THE EXECUTIVE SERVICE ON STRENGTHENING THE FIELD OF ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS IN KHATLON REGION

It was emphasized that one of the priority areas of the Service’s activity is ensuring the recovery of monetary funds in favor of the state, and this issue remains under the constant and special supervision of the leadership.

It was noted that during January alone, the territorial structures of the Service in Khatlon Region, using all available official capacities and legal mechanisms, recovered 1,174,708 somoni in favor of the state. In addition, 144,853 somoni were collected as enforcement fees. These indicators reflect the high level of responsibility, practical capacity, and effective coordination of employees in carrying out their official duties.

The meeting also discussed the implementation of Articles 47 and 48 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Enforcement Proceedings” regarding the temporary restriction on a debtor’s departure from the Republic of Tajikistan and the inclusion of debtors in the Unified State Register of Debtors. It was reported that during the reviewed period, relevant decisions on temporary travel restrictions were adopted with respect to 429 debtors, and 62 debtors were entered into the Unified State Register of Debtors.

It was highlighted that the main objective of establishing the Special штаб is to ensure the timely and full implementation of paragraph 32 of the Minutes of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 25 November 2025, No. 12, aimed at implementing necessary measures to increase the total amount of debt recovery to up to 1 billion somoni in 2026.

The leadership instructed the responsible officials to ensure the execution of service assignments in strict compliance with the requirements of the current legislation and to enhance personal responsibility in their professional activities.

In this regard, it was emphasized that within the framework of the Special штаб’s work, analytical, supervisory, and coordination activities will be strengthened in accordance with legislative requirements.
