On November 5, 2025, in Dushanbe – The Agency for State Energy Supervision held a ceremonial session in honor of the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, attended by the agency’s leadership and staff, the Chairperson of the Tajik Energy Association Rafiki Musoeva, and industry veterans Khol Yunusov and Djura Boboev.
The event began with the performance of the State Anthem and was held in a festive atmosphere.
The Director of the Agency, Sorbon Kholmukhamadzoda, opened the session and congratulated the attendees on this historic day.
Next, the Head of the Legal Support and International Relations Department of the Agency, Bobojon Saidov, delivered a report explaining the legal significance of the Constitution as a factor in strengthening national statehood and protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens.
Following this, the Chairperson of the Tajik Energy Association, R. Musoeva, and energy industry veterans K. Yunusov and D. Boboev gave speeches on the historical importance of the Constitution, its role in strengthening state independence, ensuring the rule of law, and developing the energy sector.
