The following documents must be submitted to participate in the competition:

• an application addressed to the head of the state body in the form provided in Appendix 1;

• a personal data sheet (with 6 photographs sized 3x4 cm);

• curriculum vitae (CV);

• copies of educational documents;

• copy of employment record book (except in cases where the person has no work experience);

• medical certificate on health status in Form 038 UE (Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated February 18, 2020 No. 1458);

• copy of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN);

• Social Insurance Number (pension insurance);

• declaration of income and property status (Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated February 18, 2020 No. 1458);

• copy of passport;

• copy of military ID (for persons who have completed military service);

• background reference (objective report);

• certificate of residence;

• certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirming fingerprint registration;

• certificate of no criminal record.

Requirements for the position of Head of Department:

• higher professional education in a field relevant to the position, ensuring effective performance of administrative civil service duties;

• 6 years of civil service experience or 7 years of overall work experience;

• knowledge and skills in leadership, management, work planning, and supervision of subordinates;

• strong communication skills, including the ability to establish cooperation in implementing state interests.

Requirements for the position of Deputy Head of Department:

• higher professional education relevant to the position;

• 5 years of civil service experience or 6 years of overall work experience;

• leadership and management skills;

• strong communication skills.

Requirements for the position of Chief Specialist:

• higher professional education relevant to the position;

• 2 years of civil service experience or 3 years of overall work experience;

• good communication skills.

Requirements for the position of Leading Specialist:

• higher professional education relevant to the position;

• at least 1 year of overall work experience.
