Today, on July 7, 2026, pursuant to the directive of the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated June 18, 2026 (No. 26/10-814) and the Schedule for organizing and conducting press conferences in ministries and agencies, a press conference was held at the Food Safety Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The event, dedicated to the outcomes of the Committee's activities in the first half of 2026, was attended by a wide range of media representatives (over 31 journalists).
The press conference was opened by the Chairman of the Committee, Honorable Fayzullozoda Muhammadsaid, who expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing cooperation with the media. Prior to the briefing, a press release was distributed to the media representatives. The session was conducted entirely in a Q&A format, during which the leadership and heads of structural divisions of the Committee’s central apparatus provided specific and comprehensive answers to the journalists' questions.
At the conclusion of the press conference, with the aim of ensuring an objective coverage of the sector's achievements and challenges to further advance the food safety authority's performance, the Committee's leadership invited the country's media representatives to build an even broader and more extensive cooperation.
