Ceremonial Event Dedicated to the 32nd Anniversary of the Establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan.

On February 21, 2025, a ceremonial event dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the Main Directorate for the Protection of State Secrets under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The event was attended by the Head of the Main Directorate, Colonel General Sherali Mirzo, heads of structural divisions, and personnel of the Main Directorate. In his address, the Head of the Main Directorate, respected Sherali Mirzo, congratulated those present on the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan and shared his views on the establishment, activities, and achievements of the National Army of the Republic of Tajikistan, which serves as a pillar of the independent state. It was noted that for 32 years, through continuous efforts, a strong and resilient capacity, and the far-sighted and wise policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, peace and stability, national unity and solidarity, as well as a peaceful and secure environment for the people have prevailed in Tajikistan despite the highly sensitive political, military, economic, and social conditions of the modern era. This has been achieved through the steadfastness and dedication of the personnel of the country’s Armed Forces. Over the 32 years of their establishment and development, the Armed Forces of the country have demonstrated themselves as a reliable protector of the state and nation. The courageous officers and soldiers of the Motherland, as true patriots, have demonstrated selflessness and heroism in fulfilling their military duty. The Head of the Main Directorate also shared his personal experience of service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan and called upon the personnel to serve their homeland and nation with honesty, dedication, and loyalty. As part of the event, employees of the Main Directorate delivered substantive presentations on the National Army of the Republic of Tajikistan as a reliable shield protecting the state and nation. At the conclusion of the event, the Head of the Main Directorate presented several active employees with commemorative medals marking the 30th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan and Certificates of Honour from the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
