ANNOUNCES A COMPETITION FOR FILLING VACANT ADMINISTRATIVE CIVIL SERVICE POSITIONS

1. Head of the International Relations Department – 1 vacancy

Official salary: 3,564.20 somoni, plus a bonus for years of civil service in accordance with the Unified Tariff Schedule.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher professional education in international relations, foreign regional studies, economics, or public administration;

• At least 5 years of civil service experience or 6 years of total work experience;

• Professional knowledge, leadership and management abilities, organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to plan work processes and supervise subordinates;

• Knowledge of national values, the state language and foreign languages, history and national culture, and the main directions of the state's domestic and foreign policy;

• High moral standards and respect for the rights and freedoms of individuals, citizens, and colleagues;

• Good communication skills and proficiency in computers and information technologies.

2. Head of the Records Management and Control Sector – 1 vacancy

Official salary: 2,924.15 somoni, plus a bonus for years of civil service in accordance with the Unified Tariff Schedule.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher professional education in economics, philology, humanities, or public administration;

• At least 3 years of civil service experience or 4 years of total work experience;

• Other qualification requirements are similar to those specified above.

3. Chief Specialist of the Finance and Accounting Department – 1 vacancy

Official salary: 2,641.00 somoni, plus a bonus for years of civil service in accordance with the Unified Tariff Schedule.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher professional education in economics, finance, and credit;

• At least 2 years of civil service experience or 3 years of total work experience;

• Other qualification requirements are similar to those specified above.

Official salary: 2,154.50 somoni, plus a bonus for years of civil service in accordance with the Unified Tariff Schedule.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher professional education in economics, finance, the humanities, international relations, or public administration;

• At least 1 year of total work experience.

7. Leading Specialist of the State Reserve Analysis and Planning Department – 1 vacancy

Official salary: 2,154.50 somoni, plus a bonus for years of civil service in accordance with the Unified Tariff Schedule.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher professional education in economics, finance, the humanities, or public administration;

• At least 1 year of total work experience.

8. Leading Specialist of the Human Resources, Administrative Support and Special Operations Department – 1 vacancy

Official salary: 2,154.50 somoni, plus a bonus for years of civil service in accordance with the Unified Tariff Schedule.

9. Specialist of the Department for Organization and Management of the State Reserve – 1 vacancy

Official salary: 1,779.20 somoni, plus a bonus for years of civil service in accordance with the Unified Tariff Schedule.

10. Specialist of the Legal Support Department – 1 vacancy

Official salary: 1,779.20 somoni, plus a bonus for years of civil service in accordance with the Unified Tariff Schedule.

11. Specialist of the Records Management and Control Sector – 1 vacancy

Official salary: 1,779.20 somoni, plus a bonus for years of civil service in accordance with the Unified Tariff Schedule.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION

Candidates must submit the following documents:

• A personal application addressed to the Director of the Agency, accompanied by two photographs measuring 4 × 6 cm and 3 × 4 cm;

• Autobiography;

• Copy of passport;

• Copies of educational certificates and diplomas;

• Copy of employment record book;

• Medical certificate, Form No. 038;

• Copy of the taxpayer identification number (TIN);

• Information on income and property status;

• Personal reference form (objective profile);

• Certificate confirming the presence or absence of a criminal record;

• Copy of military ID (for candidates who have completed military service).

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Documents shall be accepted by the Human Resources, Administrative Support and Special Operations Department of the Agency for State Material Reserves within 21 days from the date of the first publication of this announcement. Documents may be submitted in written or electronic form.
