Agency for State Material Reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

The Agency for State Material Reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is a central executive authority responsible for implementing state policy in the field of state material reserves. The Agency operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, the acts of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the Agency’s Regulations. The Agency carries out its activities in cooperation with other central executive authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan, local executive authorities, public associations, and other organizations.
