Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon Inspects Dormitory Built by “Tajikhydroelektromontazh” at the Rogun Hydropower Plant
On August 20, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, visited the Rogun Hydropower Plant and inspected a dormitory built by the Open Joint-Stock Company “Tajikhydroelektromontazh.”
The new dormitory was constructed in accordance with current building standards to further improve living and recreational conditions for the company’s employees. It has 84 bedrooms.
The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, providing employees with modern and comfortable living conditions.
For security purposes, the dormitory is equipped with video surveillance cameras and other necessary safety systems.
The dormitory’s location close to the construction site will help reduce the time workers spend commuting.
The President was also presented with a project for new additional buildings, a canteen, and other auxiliary facilities planned for construction in the future.
It was reported that all these facilities will be constructed and commissioned by the end of the year.
It was emphasized that the construction of new, modern dormitories and the provision of decent living conditions for workers at this landmark project are being carried out in accordance with the instructions and guidance of the Head of State, respected Emomali Rahmon.
The Head of State called on the engineering and technical staff and construction workers to make effective use of the conditions and opportunities provided, pay greater attention to construction quality, and fulfill their responsibilities in a timely manner.
It should be recalled that during the working visit to the Rogun Hydropower Plant, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, was accompanied by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Qohir Rasulzoda, other senior government officials, and heads of relevant ministries and agencies.
