On April 11, 2025, as part of the implementation of the FAO project (PTR/TAT023/TA.1) aimed at strengthening the resilience of the agricultural sector, a meeting was held between the President of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Tajikistan, Dr. Amonullo Faizullo Salimzoda, and Ms. Zsuzsanna Keresztes, an expert in pest control and integrated climate resilience.
The mission’s objective is to provide technical assistance in the development of the country’s seed production system and to train seed industry specialists in seed certification procedures and quality monitoring systems.
Following the discussion, under the leadership of Dr. Salimzoda, the guests visited the greenhouses built under the Academy and the Museum of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Tajikistan.
