Dear compatriots, respected and fortunate residents of Sino District!
I sincerely congratulate you on the arrival of the New Year – 2026 and wish you good health, family well-being, prosperity, new achievements, and a peaceful and dignified life.
The year 2025 became a year of significant and truly historic achievements for independent Tajikistan, including Sino District of Dushanbe City. All these accomplishments are the result of the wise, far-sighted, and constructive policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, as well as the constructive initiatives of the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and Chairman of Dushanbe City, Mr. Rustam Emomali, who laid a reliable foundation for the sustainable development of the state, the beautification of the capital, and the improvement of the quality of life of the population.
It is a matter of pride that in the past year, within the framework of implementing a plan of constructive and development activities dedicated to the sacred national anniversary – the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, and with the participation of President Emomali Rahmon and Chairman of Dushanbe City Rustam Emomali, a number of socio-economic facilities were commissioned in Sino District, while foundation stones were laid for the construction of several other important projects. These initiatives contribute to improving the appearance of the district, creating new jobs, and enhancing the quality of public services.
It is also noteworthy that as a result of the education-focused policy of the Leader of the Nation, students of educational institutions in Sino District achieved remarkable results in national and international competitions and olympiads, earning top positions and thereby enhancing the reputation of the district, the capital, and our beloved country.
Thanks to the continuous efforts of the country’s and Dushanbe city’s leadership, improvement and development works are steadily continuing throughout the country, particularly in Sino District, and living conditions for the population are improving year by year.
It is especially important to note that in the coming year, the proud and civilization-building Tajik people will celebrate the sacred national anniversary – the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan in an atmosphere of lasting peace and stability. This historic event will be inscribed in golden letters in the chronicles of modern Tajik statehood.
With these good intentions, at the conclusion of my message, I sincerely congratulate all residents of Sino District and all compatriots living both inside and outside the country on the New Year – 2026, wishing you pride, prosperity, joy, and happiness, and wishing our dear independent Tajikistan continued prosperity, eternal peace, and lasting stability.
