On 30 December 2025, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of Sino District of Dushanbe City and Chairman of the Assembly of People’s Deputies of Sino District, Mr. Umed Gurezoda, the Fourth Session of the Assembly of People’s Deputies of Sino District of Dushanbe City of the Seventh Convocation was held.
The session was attended by deputies of the Assembly of People’s Deputies of the district, the First Deputy and Deputy Chairmen of the district, heads of law enforcement agencies, education and healthcare sectors, as well as other departments and divisions of the Chairman’s Office of Sino District.
In accordance with the session agenda, the First Deputy Chairman of Sino District, Mr. Behruz Iskandarzoda, was the first to deliver a report on the socio-economic development of the district in 2025.
Subsequently, Mr. Khurshed Davlatzoda, Head of the Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in Sino District, presented information on the financial situation, budget execution, and targeted use of state funds, and submitted the volume of the state budget for the district for approval by the deputies of the Assembly.
At the conclusion of the session, the issues under consideration were discussed and the relevant decisions were adopted.
Within the framework of current issues, Mr. Umed Gurezoda emphasized the importance of intensifying improvement and beautification works, strengthening patriotic education among the younger generation and youth, and ensuring the implementation of the instructions and directives of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, as highlighted in his annual Address to the Majlisi Oli.
It was stated that by the 35th anniversary of State Independence, all planned facilities must be completed with high quality and within the established timeframes.
