The Tourism Development Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan announces a contest for the "Prize of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Field of Tourism" to reward citizens for their achievements in the tourism sector.
This Prize recognizes:
- Best achievement in the development of domestic tourism
- Best achievement in the development of international tourism
- Best investor in the tourism sector
- Best innovator in the tourism sector
- Best scientific (research) work in the tourism sector
- Best achievement in the promotion of the tourism product of the Republic of Tajikistan
To apply for the Prize, ministries, departments, executive bodies of state power, and tourism service providers must submit the following documents to the authorized state tourism body:
- Documents on achievements in the development of domestic tourism
- Documents on achievements in the development of international tourism
- Relevant documents related to investments in the tourism sector
- Supporting document confirming the practical implementation of an innovation, demonstrating its economic and social efficiency
- Relevant documents confirming the status of implementation and application of scientific (research) works in the tourism sector
- Documents on achievements in the promotion of the tourism product of the Republic of Tajikistan
Applicants are informed that a single author (or a group of authors) may simultaneously submit two or more achievements for the prize. However, achievements for which the authors have previously been nominated for or awarded other state-level prizes will not be accepted.

As a reminder, the Prize is awarded annually for achievements in the tourism sector, the implementation of the most effective projects, innovations for industry development, promotion of tourism products, and drawing citizens' attention to the material and spiritual values of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The final deadline for document submission is set for August 15, 2026.
