On September 16 of this year, the "One Health for Pandemic Prevention, Food Systems Resilience, and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia" project—implemented as part of the cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the World Bank—handed over 3 specialized spraying vehicles for combating various pests and seasonal diseases to the Food Safety Committee.
This project aims to strengthen the capacity for preventing priority zoonotic diseases, addressing antimicrobial resistance, and ensuring food safety. The leadership of the Committee expressed their gratitude for the support and bilateral cooperation, noting that such spraying vehicles will also be provided to cities and districts in the future.
