On July 10, 2026, the assembly hall of the Committee hosted a meeting of the Board of the Food Safety Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The meeting focused on reviewing the performance of the food safety authorities during the first half of 2026 and outlining tasks for upcoming periods. The event was attended by the leadership, heads of departments and divisions of the central apparatus, heads of the Committee's directorates in GBAO, Sughd and Khatlon regions, Dushanbe city, and RRP (Districts of Republican Subordination), as well as heads of subordinate organizations and institutions.
Initially, reports on the Committee's activities in the first half of 2026 and goals for future periods were delivered by the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Shirinjonzoda Mahmud, heads of departments and divisions of the central apparatus, heads of the Committee's regional directorates (GBAO, Sughd, Khatlon, Dushanbe, and RRP), and heads of the Committee's institutions and organizations.
Subsequently, the Chairman of the Committee questioned the leadership of each relevant department and division individually regarding their performance results, and provided specific instructions and assignments aimed at addressing current challenges and eliminating shortcomings to improve the Committee's operations.
